      Pros

      We are constantly looking for ways to improve our level of service that we provide to our customers. It is very satisfying to know that what we do everyday will have an impact in improving the financial well being of hard working Americans all across the country.

      Cons

      If you are not ready to be held to the highest standards in the industry and you are not agile enough to grow and adapt to changes at all times, this may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Great Benefits for a mid sized company. Work hard and you can be rewarded, albeit much smaller reward than one would assume with how this company grew this past year. CEO's appear to be genuine so that is nice to see.

      Cons

      Depending on your manager and what area of the company you work for it could be rough. Mandatory OT, heads of the department who do not introduce themselves. Higher than they outta be personality it seems.

      If you enjoy great co-workers, supportive management and want to get ahead in the industry...this is it! Whether you consider yourself entry level up to a seasoned professional, AG has a job for you. Many people have worked here 20 or 30 years. Why? AG is the best Advisor and employee focused company hands down. We keep acquiring new business and we don't have enough great people to fill the open positions. Here in Phoenix, we're in the mid-town area. Light rail, bus lines, great shops and food right outside the front door. TONS of housing available. Competitive salary, annual bonuses, GREAT benefits! AG also knows we have families and the issues that comes with them...AG knows that they come first. Awesome PTO and sick time benefits. If you're not one of our phone gurus, you also have the opportunity to work from home.

      Cons

      I've been around the banking and real estate industry forever, but not so much time here. I was going to "whine" about not getting a bonus, but I found out several days ago that yes, Virginia, there are bonuses given to "newbies". Thanks Management. Because you're proactive, I have no complaints.
