Pros

If you are looking to slack around and work a little but do things logically not done at work like play video games etc this is the place for you

Cons

No management support no awareness, and no ability to get change to happen, if you push you get a "promotion" they call it to a different team to recycle you.

What you described is not something we condone. More importantly, as a culture striving for the very best to deliver upon our promises to our Financial Professionals and co-workers, it is not what Osaic aspires to for our culture and what it means to be on #TeamOsaic. Leadership is working continually to provide all employees opportunities, to promote change and improvement, and to connect with all of our teams for engagement and support. Please reach out to your manager and have a conversation regarding these sentiments, or please connect with your HR Business Partner for further conversation relative to your opportunities and perspectives.

Pros

Great Managers great people good career paths diverse great work/family/life balance

Cons

Can sometimes be hard to leave a position that you are over qualified for, But, once you do there is no limit to how far you can go - once you potential is taken seriously and groomed by the right managers.

Advisor Group has their act together!

Pros

Communication is excellent every step of the way at Advisor Group. In comparison to my last company (rhymes with You), it is night and day. The last company was a big insurance company--way too big. It wasn't just me; others' said the same thing--they're so big they don't know what the other depts are doing. They had systems in place, but no accountability for a mentor/buddy, so new EEs did not have the support necessary. Whereas, at AG, it is a completely different story. They seem to care because they take action, communicate constantly and have their act together. As an industry veteran, I am impressed. I'm so glad I left that big blue insurance company. Stifling in comparison to AG's welcoming approach and entrepreneurial fervor. I would tell anyone, check it out. You'll see for yourself. All the best!

Cons

Hard to find any negative 'cons' at the moment. My position is a remote one, no office locally, that may be a drawback for some.
