Pros
Good co-workers. Generally good direct managers, decent pay and benefits. New job are opening up now that they've transitioned into one firm.
Cons
Technology is often rolled out before it's ready. Policy and cultural changes happen at a rapid pace, so you've got to be comfortable with that. There's no discussion of a 5 or 10-year plan, the unspoken expectation is they'll go public in a few years so you may not have a job.
