Pros

The break room and snacks.

Cons

Toxic culture. Everyone is fending for themselves and losing sight of what really matters. It’s lip service they are giving to Financial Professionals and employees. There is no substance. Reverence Capital ruined this company - demanding 4 days in the office if you live within a 40 mile radius…yet people still didn’t come in and there were no consequences. No true advancement opportunity. Technology continues to lag behind and investments needed to really compete are not being made.

RTO Is Inconsiderate

Pros

This can be a good company to work for if they actually brought things to the employees and got our opinions. The benefits and the PTO policy is actually really good.

Cons

RTO does not consider actual issues an employee experiences: Thinking about this as a business, if you are asked to travel further, increase risk, and use more time to do something you would expect increased compensation. This place has added a 2hour loss to my day, increase the gas and wear on my car, and put me in rush hour traffic for the same pay without regard and without compensating this loss. It's negligent business practice. I'm not just complaining for no reason... this is actual tangible loss to my bottom line FOR NO REASON.

Pros

- Lots of work to be done because of acquisitions. You stay busy. - Colleagues can be awesome depending what team you are on. - Nothing else I can think of at this time.

Cons

- It is a thankless job. Period. - Added stress and burnout due of constant change and reorganization. - Antiquated technology. Nothing is streamlined. - Hiring freeze and little to no advancement opportunities. - Training? What training? You get an hour if you're lucky to cover a new function. Then you're on your own to figure it out. You're treated like an idiot or a nuisance if you ask questions or don't understand something. - RTW mandate with mandatory 4 days in office. - Health and dental benefits are through Cigna.
