      Challenging, but rewarding Management listens and is supportive Higher than average pay and benefits We still get to work at home for the time being and a hybrid work model is being implemented next year 20 Days of PTO, 5 Sick Days, 2 VTO Days per year Annual bonus

      Nothing. Truly, this company is terrible.

      Cons

      Management on Execute Level across the board is horrendous. Company politics and niceties take priority over accomplishing meeting goals. Seems the most important items never get done. Bosses complain, but years and years later, things are still "yet to come". Dont waste your time working for a place as awful as this.
