      Getting paid on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Company continues to go downhill. Been a complete disaster since they decided to merge BDs into one. Horrible tech and no real back office support. Home office employees will actually give you incorrect answers, very incompetent. No one from senior management takes any accountability. Actually almost all of the senior Management has left leaving only incompetent managers.
