Pros

- Unrivalled support from your managers, directors and the CEO. Incredible empathy and understanding from anyone you approach within the business when you have an issue or problem, and the follow-through to assist you through that problem - Clear and realistic progression - Hard-work is recognised and rewarded - They have the right ethos and morals, which for a recruitment agency is hard to find

Cons

I can't think of anything huge, some more flexibility working from home after the pandemic - this may already be in the works

Pros

They get to know their temps/contractors so they can place them in the right roles. They offer training courses for their temps/contractors. They were very knowledgeable and insightful during my mock interview for a placement. They're good at following up with queries. They genuinely care for their temps/contractors.

Cons

I can't think of any - I've always found them a very good agency/employer.
