The working atmosphere is so positive. I have not felt this level of connection and understanding from colleagues anywhere else. They were thorough throughout the interviewing process which I appreciated. I was able to speak to multiple people from the team I would be joining and learned their experience/perspective. Life/Balance is wonderful! Again, truly understanding community of people. There is constant conversation about growth within my role and career opportunities from higher levels.
