Pros

depending on the team you're on, you can have good coworkers that are encouraging and supportive. Although this has nothing to do with the company and just the people.

Cons

This company encourages micro-management. They advertise positions as possible work remote but have no intentions of allowing you to do so. They'll say it's based on production but don't take into consideration the working environment impacting your production. High-level management encourages supervisors to micromanage you and constantly check in on you. When discussing micro management and work environment, supervisors and high level management use your production as to why you're being micr managed and watched all day. Management sits right beside you in office to see when you get up/take breaks and tallies to use against productivity. Upper level Management(directors & cvp) encourgae supervisors to talk about subordinates to other subordinates to further get information on you to use against you and micro manage. There is no room for growth. They don't encourage forward thinkng and team collaboration. Office life is isolating because management is watching everyone's daily moves and shows you the consequences of speaking out against the treatment from management. Compensation is very low compared to market value. They don't promote growth so they don't encourage pay increase. When asking what to do to get a raise they blame it on productivity from random picked time frame. They don't look at most recent or last 3 months of work, just pick at random.

Pros

. If you like hard work this is a job for you. You are rewarded for hard work of the jobs are set up right.

Cons

Really old school business, have goals and incentives that would allow you to make really good money but most of them are not realistic. You only can make bonus when given good work. You are expected to do the same amount of work even if the digging is hard and the access is bad. You can be working harder than anyone, but treated like you do nothing but screw around if you can’t hit the numbers.
