Pros

Incredibly smart colleagues Mission driven work, meaningful purpose that makes coming to work engaging and inspiring Collaborative and supportive environment—this is a place to learn and grow Diverse team, lots of different types of people and backgrounds

Cons

Haven't really found any yet, though I'm still new! The work load is high, though it's manageable, and honestly the work itself is engaging and enjoyable.

Pros

The only positive thing about working here is the decent health benefits, but even those are nowhere near good enough to justify the experience.

Cons

Pathetic pay, endless hours, crushing workloads, almost no work life balance, and hostile managers. Employees are shown absolutely no respect and are treated as if they have no value. Applying for a position at Ossium Health is nothing more than volunteering to be used as a disposable tool.

Pros

The pay is quite the the salary for interns. Now I know why!

Cons

Interns, staff, and trainee get harassed in the workplace all the time! It's always been a big issue that's been constantly thrown under the rug whenever someone comes forward to complain about it! And every time someone complains about any of those in position, management will do everything they can to cover it up! Anyone interested in working here, there's only one word for you: BEWARE!!
