Ossium's Cell Therapy Associates are foundational to our mission, and we’ve increased wages for those roles twice in the last eight months to reflect the value we place on the critical work these associates perform. We invest heavily in training and consistent requalifications across our teams to ensure that we operate with aseptic technique that meets or exceeds industry standards. To allow our associates to focus on their core cleanroom work, we’re standing up a technical support department and hiring a team of support techs. Most importantly, we seek to hire the best and brightest Cell Therapy Associates because we know this work is challenging.
