People were quarreling over clients and territories and management doesn’t help!

Traveling 80% of the time for work.

Cons

Colleagues usually fight over territories, very unhealthy competition leading to a toxic work atmosphere. It’s a good thing work’s done outside of the office most of the time because I don’t want to be a part of these people’s quarreling over clients and management doesn’t help!

The preferential treatment, relationships in the workplace, and harassment were the reasons for the drama, gossip, and the work environment becoming toxic! Imagine having all these in one place! It's truly horrible!

Cons

Daily operations felt hurried and reactive, with pressure to move fast overriding accuracy and consistency. Processes changed without notice, documentation lagged behind reality, and questions were treated like obstacles instead of safeguards. This created an environment where mistakes felt inevitable, yet accountability was uneven. The pace might look efficient from afar, but it left little room for precision or confidence in the work being produced.
