Pros

There are so many new, innovative things happening at Ossium. It really exciting to see how quickly the company is growing and that employees have opportunities to grow along with it. The pay has increased over the last couple of years, which makes it competitive with other jobs in the area. I’ve really enjoyed learning so many new skills here.

Cons

There’s a lot going on all the time. It can feel chaotic due to lapses in communication, or when new projects pop up with short timelines to get them done.
