Pros

I can truly say that I love the people that work at Ossium. Everyone cares deeply about the company mission and wants to work hard to provide the best products possible and save lives.

Cons

Leadership at the Indy office try to be as transparent as possible, but that falls short when the San Francisco office can't communicate well with leaders at the Indy office. Every decision has to go through the CEO, so anything related to hiring, salaries, etc. moves at a snail's pace.

Cons

Constantly growing and evolving. If you don't enjoy change it may not be for you.

Pros

The team at Ossium is very hard-working and driven. They set high standards for themselves and each other, and work together to achieve their goals. Although it is a fast-paced work environment, everything you do is appreciated and incredibly rewarding. Leadership is very transparent about their vision for the future of the company. The compensation is higher than what you would expect for a smaller company, along with the number of PTO days.

Cons

It's a fast-paced work environment, which is not for everyone.
