Pros

Everything at ossium is new and exciting. As is the case with startups, not everything is properly structured but you can come and help create the culture. If you’re into that sort of thing. There’s also multiple clinical trials and attempts to scale up processing. They’re almost always hiring it seems like

Cons

Not too many so far. One of the better work experiences you’d have I’m sure

Pros

Having been in the workforce for all of my young adult life; Ossium Health has been the one company that I'm proud to be involved with- especially as a career. I never thought I'd ACTUALLY have a career or even be considered for more than the bare minimum. Ossium Health saw something in me as I have seen something in them. I'm going on a full year in February and the time has FLOWN! I am given the technical skills to not only perform my task, but skills I can take anywhere. They give you opportunities to better yourself so you can, in turn, better the company. They believe in asking questions and using your resources. I've become a problem solver and a critical thinker, which has benefited all aspects of my life. As a start up, it's difficult to navigate various facets of the business. From employees to technicalities, Ossium Health has never sacrificed their integrity nor an employee for the sake of saving face. The leadership is VERY involved without micromanaging and very present.

Cons

I personally don't have any cons, however, here are some potential cons. They want you to conduct yourself with higher professionalism and maturity than what is average. We are open 7 days a week, so as an employee, working weekends will be expected- this is a MEDICAL laboratory. Personal hygiene and good stamina are very important.

Pros

I joined the team as our first business development hire. I went through a rigorous interview process that went over 2 months and 7-8 rounds. I had the opportunity to meet many team members and showcase my skill set. My time at Ossium Health so far has been nothing short of amazing. I am surrounded by incredibly talented and genuine individuals who come to work every day focused on contributing to the bigger picture. As a sales rep, I've focused on working for organizations that have a unique product/service, best in class support, or can offer a solution to an unmet need. Ossium Health checks all those boxes. The company has great leadership in place, opportunities for growth, a great culture, benefits, competitive salaries and much more. On top of all that, I come into work everyday knowing the work we are doing here has a direct impact on the health and vitality of human lives. Not everyone can say the work they're doing is life changing but it truly is at Ossium Health.

Cons

I really don't have any. My time here has been great and I'm extremely thankful to be apart of such a unique organization.
