While we're happy to hear you find Ossium Health a good starting point for your career and value our work environment, we recognize that there are areas where we can improve. Ossium is a fast-growing startup, and the pace can be demanding to keep up with. 2023 was a year of incredible growth at Ossium, and of course with that comes a lot of change. Frequent changes in processes can be challenging, and yet we know that continuous improvement is critical for us as we work to address unmet needs in our current healthcare ecosystem. As we move into 2024, we are working to streamline workflows and make smaller iterations of our current protocols; this includes updates to our Clinical Production processes that would reduce the amount of time spent in the clean room. Regarding your concerns about certain managers and colleagues, we take professionalism seriously and will address your feedback internally. We strongly encourage you to share specific instances with our People Team so we can understand more about what you’re experiencing; it’s critically important for us to ensure everyone feels respected and valued in the workplace. I’d also encourage you to participate in our quarterly engagement surveys, which are an important way we track overall employee satisfaction and solicit direct feedback about Ossium and ways we can improve.
