      Pros

      Good people in Texas, good pay. Marketing seems good. Payer department did well. Sales ops and goal setting were terrible!

      Cons

      Terrible senior management, no strategy. Talk about long term vision, but never carried it out goals came out for quarter over half way through quarter!

      Pros

      There are a lot of nice people in the mid-ranks of the company. When money was unlimited, lots of pilot projects were run and people were encouraged to try new things.

      Cons

      1. Lack of understanding of the value of IT, and what to focus on. 2. Lack of planning for Pipeline - Loss of major product Abilify 3. Conflicts with Japan leadership 4. "Innovation Culture" leads to lack of practical solutions to problems that are already available in industry 5. Highly political - lack of acceptance of outsiders. Core leadership has been in place since the beginning of the company.
