There are some really wonderful people who work for the company.

Cons

Most managing tries to trick people into an interim position and will never promote or compensate you. Even is you get exceeds expectations for your year end review, HR is also involve with protecting a lower buget.

Talented people with adequate budgets free to do quality work. Until new leaders are dropped into place and they clean house unnecessarily.

Cons

Leadership (VPs and above) are embroiled in a reality show game of power grabbing and empire building that is totally nonproductive. It creates a toxic environment that is exacerbated by HR’s top leader.
