      Pros

      Otsuka cares, truly! Many companies claim to have their employees best interest at heart, few have the ability to follow through. Otsuka is one of those rare exceptions. A company actively looking to streamline and focus on value add work, with an open door policy to discuss opportunities to make positive changes.

      Pros

      Great to be working at the forefront of exciting technologies- one of the things that Otsuka does really well is look forward & plan for what is at the cusp in terms of emerging and potentially industry-changing technologies. Work/life balance and culture isn't sacrificed for this, though, and I've found that team members are very cognizant and aware of workloads & adjust accordingly. Makes for a very dynamic yet friendly/open culture. Overall great place to work.

      Cons

      A lot of the work is done 'confidentially' which is an unavoidable part of certain business dealings, but I've found that this has bled into other parts of work and can lead to lack of transparency in work and communication
