Really great place to work. The work is interesting. The people are kind, friendly, and super collaborative. Everyone's ideas are welcome. The company itself is very deliberate about creating a supportive environment where people can bring their authentic selves to work and focus on doing a good job. Great work-life balance and family-friendly policies.

Cons

Building concensus is core to getting almost anything done. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but things don't happen quickly.
