      Pros

      Great exposure and opportunity for career oriented person and fresh graduates since you will be learning its core values. The company provides proper training and seminars for you to be equip on the assigned field, as wel asl the provision on the needs for your transportation, communication and other benefits.

      Cons

      I had work for the company for almost six years, be ready for the challenge in Otsuka for they are serious about the quality and service that you wlill provide to their clients, manage your time properly and be able to balance your working schedule for you not to get stress.

      Innovative company but limited new products

      Pros

      Very innovative company. Decisions are made quick in a flat organization.

      Cons

      The commercial organization was being built out and many new colleagues were coming from other Pharma companies. This contributed to new ideas but some were "old" ideas.
