The only pros were work from home flexibility and good PTO.

Cons

If I could give 0 stars I would. Those who are not fit to be people managers, are people managers. Toxic work environment where everyone is just trying to point fingers at each other for blame. Very, very disorganized with inconsistent ways of working and guidance. Don’t work here. Worst job I ever had.
