they take away your 25% of RSU if you quit before 4 year vesting period. their managers are manipulative and abusive the HR does not know how to follow the protocols professionally Your performance is based on a manager's objective view Discrimation

Benefits are decent, hybrid work schedule.

Cons

Horrific work/life balance. Almost as many managers as ICs. Not a collaborative workplace, management looks for every opportunity to throw other teams under the bus. Ever growing rift between the Finnish and US teams that management ignores.
