      - An incredible team of talented people across the world, really fun and challenging work environment - As a start up there's incredible opportunity to stretch into new projects and roles and build out systems for the company - Company leadership team sets the positive tone for the org, truly embodies the mission and values of the company and genuinely care about all employees - A chance to work on an innovative product with the ability to positively impact many people across all walks of life - Good benefits that are continuing to expand as the company grows

      - Still a start up in hypergrowth; extremely fast-paced environment that's not for everyone, where processes are being built and improved upon as we go
