      Pros

      - Great team and co-workers. Very intelligent people focused on building great things. - Great culture, even during covid. Company is very proactive about building culture. - Inclusivity: Company is proactively inclusive and driving to be more diverse - Structure: The company has more structure compared to other startups of a similar size I've worked for and as such there's less chaos. -Work/Life balance: No one slacks me at night or on weekends, which is fantastic!

      Cons

      Only real con is early morning meetings, but given the work/life balance I get I'll take it.

      Pros

      Oura is honestly one the best companies I have ever worked for. Management really cares about everyone in the company and is able to provide clear goals with everyone's voice having a chance to be heard. Transparent from top to bottom. The company has grown for the better over the last year and each department has great leaders. Growth for individuals is there for the people who really want it and go after it. Really a team effort.

      Cons

      Some early morning meetings and communication across different time zones but this is and has not been a big challenge. Company benefits are good but could be better and plans are underway to accomplish this!
