      Pros

      Fascinating product, smart and kind people, inspiring leadership. I've loved working here so far. Great energy, caring environment, and the company is focused on all the right things in terms of business strategy and cultivating a strong and enjoyable company culture.

      Cons

      As expected in a start up, the pace and volume of work is high. I knew that going in, and am energized and excited about the work, but it is pretty consuming. Also, as the US office is still relatively new, we don't have all the benefits I'd like just yet.

      Pros

      Pretty much everything. Full autonomy, awesome product, room to grow, good compensation and future holds great promise for the company. Simply cannot recommend enough!

      Cons

      Still a start-up, so don't expect everything to be meticulously documented.
