Awful Culture

Pros

Very creative, works with high profile clients

Cons

The culture took a huge downturn, most of the staff have left or been made redundant, there is a massive blame culture and the FD does not value people, only output - the MD knows but won't address this as their skill is valued.

Supporting Growth

Pros

I feel like upper management is really willing to listen to what each individual is looking for in regards to their personal growth. They help support each person's needs and give them opportunities to grow.

Cons

The growth of the company in relation to merging Outform & Rapid has been challenging. The vision of the organization was different from each leader within the organization so it's hard to tell what direction we are going in. Defining the new mission statement would be great. just because one person has the loudest voice, doesn't mean it's what the majority will stand behind.

Pros

There were a lot of great people working at Outform that I learned a lot from and will stay connected with even after I leave. The local office culture was great, and the comradery was good for the most part even when working on very intense time-sensitive projects. The retail industry is very dynamic, so there's a lot to learn for someone wanting to expand their skills. Overall a good place for advancing one's career and knowledge, but not as a long term place to stay.

Cons

Some of the account managers and upper management could be very intense and overly critical of the team, which damaged morale. There were times when the staff's well being was not taken into consideration, and many people left because of it. Also, after the merger with Rapid, there was not a unified strategy to guide the global team. Until now that is the biggest issue, the disconnected isolation of the different teams within the company without strong leadership to bring them together.
