      Some great people Creative is outstanding

      Morale at an all time low. Leaders are those who are bringing morale down, at least in Chicago. Company has gone through 2 owners in the last year which has caused a very reactionary business vs innovative organization. Workforce is not very diverse in it's full time leaders. Mfg Equipment, technology are inefficient, even archaic
