      Pros

      The pay is ok the but the employees are the worst of the worst.

      Cons

      They hire skill-less people and try to cover it up. They hire people out of revenge instead of the actual quality of skill. They have employees that can't design and create legal problems on the job for higher skilled people. Discrimination is a problem. There's one female designer who almost got arrested and sued by another employee.

      Pros

      Outform has a great ethic and drive, developed from the mindset of the Chairman and original owner.

      Cons

      Rapid growth and the addition of new businesses doesn’t mean the recipe is as good immediately……but as long as that is recognised that can improve.

      CoWorkers are great. Cool projects and design/engineering team is amazing to work with.

      Cons

      Often employee turnover, no raises or bonuses, constant reorg since COVID. Upper management sends politically biased emails, speaking on behalf of the whole company...
