Good leaders overall, some really good managers

Leaders are limited in what they can manage, the vision of company success seems to stem from only one person who doesn't listen to leaders that can help shape the future of retail.

Pros

The pay is ok the but the employees are the worst of the worst.

Cons

They hire skill-less people and try to cover it up. They hire people out of revenge instead of the actual quality of skill. They have employees that can't design and create legal problems on the job for higher skilled people. Discrimination is a problem. There's one female designer who almost got arrested and sued by another employee.
