      Great marketing and smart with retail innovation

      Cons

      The hours were incredibly long, the CEO was very demanding and the project management was an absolute mess because resources were thin. The marketing is really, really well done but a lot of it is veiled in dishonesty.

      Awful culture, everything revolves around the pride of top management. No regards to mental health, overtime. Employees have no voice, there is a slavery culture, blaming and fingerprinting. No unity and no warmth, no work-life balance.
