      Partial mileage reimbursement. Hiring bonus isn't a hiring bonus; 1/3 after six month. 2/3 after one year

      Work from home, Good training program.

      Cons

      Worked for the safety inspection side for six years. The organization took field staff loss control inspectors that were on commission making close to $60K a year and placed the entire company field staff on a pay plan of $9 per hour plus what amounted to $3/hour in bonuses. They wondered why all of the quality field staff left the company.
