      Pros

      When I first started working there, it was perfect. I worked from home full time, then went to part time after having my first child. I could set my own schedule, the pay was completely commission based and very competitive. I loved my job. Until....

      Cons

      Then after 6.5 years, something changed. They decided to go to a weird pay schedule, $11 per hour plus some sort of strange caluculation for pay. And then a few months later I was laid off. I think they were trying to get the part-timers to quit.

      Pros

      Good training with some training pay and basic benefits. Freedom to create your own schedule. Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Low pay with annual raises in the pennies per hour. No bonuses. Mileage reimbursement well below IRS limits. Too much time spent working on stuff you don't get paid for. Too little work to make a decent living.
