      No pros except for a handful of people

      Cons

      There are so many issues starting from CEO and down. This company truly does not care about any of the staff and have extremely unrealistic goals for a department to meet. The compensation is a joke. The CEO and all executives are worthless. This is a company that has killed all that was good and instead has made this a place into a morgue. And yet regardless of how much the staff has spoken up nothing had changed and never will. When given the chance run as fast and far as you can from OSI.
