      Pros

      You can make your own schedule, management is does not micro mange you. If you work hard you can make an ok living

      Cons

      Lower than expected pay. While training is good, more time needed for specialty training

      Pros

      Overland Solutions seems to be the biggest and best insurance premium audit company in the US. Their largest competitor in the US seems to be FARA, which makes OSI seem like the best employer in the world!

      Cons

      Their pay schedule is strange, they don't mind sending an auditor long distances for the same pay as close to home, and the work is extremely seasonal, which means the pay is extremely seasonal.

      Pros

      There's two pros only. Enjoyed working with maybe 85% of the employees and getting the training and experience for future jobs.

      Cons

      2% raises when they decide to give raises, hires outside of the company before they think about promoting within, lies to keep the employees there as long as they can, uses, takes advantage of and jerks their employees around. The Executives get richer while the little people get poorer. Overland Solutions and their management team is a joke!!!!
