Pros

I wish there was one. Well I guess the paychecks don't bounce.

Cons

$13/hr plus some incentives. Quite the pay cut from the old $35 billable hour. What a joke. Management does not care about the employees.

Pros

Good schedule and many nice co-workers

Cons

Do not care about employee growth or training. No incentives to help the companies bottom line. Never received a bonus when the company was doing well for several years.

Pros

You get to work from home, they provide they equipment, and they offer paid training.

Cons

You are paid approximately $10 for an audit that physical auditors would be able to charge at minimum 1.5-2.0 hours making approximately $25 or more per hour. In addition, you spend most of your day on the phone calling 30-50 people who do not want to do the audit which leaves little time to actually process the audits you have.
