The only communication from management or above is push for more production or negative comments. They don't care if auditors get weekly bonuses but will call ten times when they are up for a monthly bonus. There is zero work-life balance. You will work 50-60 M-F to be successful and even at that, receive constant e-mails and calls demanding more production. They pay is low considering the specialization and hours. If you voice a concern, it will be shot down or completely ignored. You will not be supported in any way other than hardware/software. The worst part is the review staff. A lot of it is farmed to India now and they are comically inept. They are rude and have horrible English skills. The stateside review staff are the rudest people I've ever worked with, including when I was a teen working at McDonald's. They are disrespectful and horrible to auditors. Completely unprofessional. No upward mobility.
