Pros

Still small enough that everyone knows everyone, & is super friendly. Has a killer product, great reputation in the industry, growing quickly by expanding the portfolio of clients and of product features. Has ambition. A company that truly embraces diversity in hiring, and consequently never needs to talk about it.

Cons

Going through some growing pains (not sure if that's really a con). Some technical debt but it is being addressed. The amount of vertical domain knowledge to learn is immense.

Pros

Everyone is excited about the work that they are doing and the product that they are building. We are the industry leader with an unmatched customer base which motivates everyone to give their best service and effort. Employees are very willing to take the time to help others on their team. Company culture is pretty laid back and Management allows you to take PTO and lunch time without question.

Cons

There is no work from home policy and most managers disapprove of you requesting to work from home even on occasion.It feels like you are tied to your desk & the clock even though you could be more productive at home. Also, depending on your role, there can be little to no opportunities for promotion.
