A fantastic company to work for!
Pros
When I joined the company I felt that every member of my team was engaged in my learning and my success. From my coworkers to my manager who were already experts on our development tools and products, all of them answered all questions and concerns with professionalism and kindness. I feel that the people that I work with are some of the smartest people that I have ever worked with in my professional life. There is a sense of team within the organization where we all know our goals and we keep tracking them to measure success or to regroup when things aren't progressing in the right direction. Our product is cutting edge and is super fun to be developing things that blow our customers expectations and keep our competitors awake at night!
Cons
Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed with competing goals and deliverables, but my manager does an excellent work on shielding our team from that. A lack of company wide policy with established procedures for work at home. I am one of the few that can do it but I wish it was available to everybody else.
