Pros

Still small enough that everyone knows everyone, & is super friendly. Has a killer product, great reputation in the industry, growing quickly by expanding the portfolio of clients and of product features. Has ambition. A company that truly embraces diversity in hiring, and consequently never needs to talk about it.

Cons

Going through some growing pains (not sure if that's really a con). Some technical debt but it is being addressed. The amount of vertical domain knowledge to learn is immense.

Pros

Oversight has a best-in-class product that helps companies prevent fraud, waste, abuse, and misuse. If you like the B2B space, this is a great place to build a career. Oversight has grown past many of the issues that startups face, but is still small enough to be agile. The biggest advantage of being here is being part of a winning team that is going to keep on winning for the foreseeable future. Compensation is in line with this industry and geography. There is a 401K match, and overall benefits are getting better, while in many other companies in the area they are only getting worse.

Cons

You need to be energized to get things done if you want to fit in here. This company is actually doing things that deliver value to the client, rather than just talking about it. Things move fast here, and that's the way we like it.
