good place to work but high workload

Pros

Good work environment, remote work, great product.

Cons

Not merit increase for years. Minimum chance of promotion. There is a significant amount of pressure on sales growth, which results in a shortage of manpower to meet the demands adequately.

Awful culture

Pros

Salary was attractive, but came with significant costs.

Cons

-Product is mediocre, and even worse after they sold out to the new PE firm. All the leadership was excited about it, but no one else got anything except canned. -Managers ruled through micro-management and threats. -The product is more of a plug in then standalone solution. The value really isn't there for clients because most people do the right thing. Not really all that valuable for companies. -No real upward mobility -No equity, and benefits weren't great

Oversight cares about their employees and our clients. This year we were just awarded Great Places to Work certification and take on-going actions to make improvements based on employee feedback.
