Pros

- Vibrant culture of talented, intelligent, and kind people - Products are used by millions of people all around the world, so you know you're working on something that matters - Mission driven company. The employees truly believe in their mission and values, and work really hard to achieve them

Cons

- Office space. I like that it's beautifully startupy and fun, and is in a convenient location (Downtown Crossing), but I do not like how it takes up 6 floors. It's sometimes hard and exhausting to get to meetings on time. There are enough meeting rooms and a good booking system, but traveling the different floors can be a pain

There are a lot of flights of stairs between teams.

Cons

Downtown Crossing is not my favorite place in the world. Too many people, too much noise, and too much pollution.
