Owl is an unusual environment. There are many smart people here, yet it is not a cutthroat atmosphere. Strong and growing product line. Very positive employee morale. Fine benefits. A company with its best days clearly ahead.

Cons

Owl is a young company having a few understandable growing pains. Some standards and procedures could use some tightening up, but these problems are recognized and being worked on.
