Pros

Company culture is great, everyone seems to really enjoy working here. Management puts the employees first and will make sure their wants/needs are met. There are lots of little perks around the office including weekly events for staff. Development team is a close group and are always open if you have any questions.

Cons

None I can think of... most enjoyable experience by far.

Owl has a strong team of smart, hard-working people. The work environment is great -- lots of positive energy focused on an important mission. It's a great environment to learn and get involved in important work right away.

Cons

Really no downside to working here.
