- transparent, empathetic, progressive leadership team open to new ideas and feedback -great culture, employees are highly valued -full coverage benefits, unlimited vacation/sick time, thoughtful perks, ability to work 100% remote -work with a passionate & dedicated team focused on helping others!

Cons

-no real cons, typical growing pains to create more structure as the company moves out of the startup phase

Pros

The people are amazingly talented and down to earth, and have not met any big egos since I've been here. Coworkers and management are great, work- life balance, opportunities to learn and grow, and ability to make changes that really impact the company.

Cons

I really can't think of any but if I had to choose one I'd say we are a very busy and fast-paced environment. Not meant for everyone!!!
