-Positive and collaborative culture that is always open to new ideas -Transparent and thoughtful leadership -Great benefits offered to employees -The company is flexible and understanding

Cons

-As we are a hyper growth start up, the fast pace can cause overworking at times -Could use more clarity on how to grow within your role -Could use more structured processes which will be implemented as the company grows

- Intelligent and caring people - Innovation is encouraged; the attitude towards trying a new idea is positive, even if it fails - Great benefits and an executive team who functions with respect and transparency - Fast-paced, never boring!

Cons

- As is typical in a startup, sometimes the fast pace can create confusion or overworking. This is not constant, but there are phases when there's just a LOT going on.

- transparent, empathetic, progressive leadership team open to new ideas and feedback -great culture, employees are highly valued -full coverage benefits, unlimited vacation/sick time, thoughtful perks, ability to work 100% remote -work with a passionate & dedicated team focused on helping others!

Cons

-no real cons, typical growing pains to create more structure as the company moves out of the startup phase
