      The company is a start up and is still growing so processes are constantly being updated. This may be challenging for someone who is used to working with a seasoned/established company.

      Pros

      Exceptional team - highly competent, great emotional intelligence, non-egotistical, very collaborative - and it's top-down from the co-founders who exhibit these qualities as well. Strong compensation and expectations, paired with frequent feedback and support

      Cons

      Onboarding is a bit of a mess and there are some areas where things are approached collaboratively that should be probably have a designated hierarchy. Team size is finally at the point where some of these things can be addressed better, so I think we're headed in the right direction.
