High agency for engineers, talented ICs, and great leadership.

Cons

A lot of whiplash and fires to put out which is expected for a start up in growth phase. Systems need to be scaled, and infrastructure is being built to improve this.

- mission-driven company and everyone is really motivated by it - incredibly high talent bar makes working with the team a joy - high trust environment; lots of autonomy

Cons

- lots of autonomy can mean really broad/vague projects. Awesome for some, not for others - quite a high workload

- Engineers are trusted to work on what they see as high-leverage and high-impact. Anyone can start anything. I haven't experienced any PM/ticket slop - Genuinely positive team, high spirits, really strong growth - Great comp and unlimited PTO (and people actually take it) - Adam is actually a great leader & CEO - Media team makes very hype videos, it's easy to get excited about the company - Plenty of runway

Cons

- It's too late to be in the first-few-employees window anymore. There's always something out there to be earlier at, but there's still plenty of room to grow - Our CI checks are kind of frustrating but this will likely be resolved soon
