      Pros

      - Smart and highly driven individuals within the workplace AND outside in their personal lives with a clear goal to go beyond expectations. - Leadership is strong, newly raised funding means we're providing lots of value to our customers and still much room to grow. - Benefits, competitive pay, everyone is nice and helpful! - Still a growing baby boy so you have the chance to nurture and develop to be the best it can be! - Remote / given WFH stipend.

      Cons

      - Company future is in your hands! You have to set time outside of regular hours to really learn the ins and outs of the product, work flow and to set your own plan to find success. - Growing pains but thats with any startup!

      Pros

      An atmosphere of autonomy and hard work. The team is full of good people with small egos, and the only focus being on getting the job done. The care and concern for the customer is like no company I've ever been at, and it is absolutely authentic and permeates all the way through. I've never been at a job that was so focused on working, and not consumed or surrounded by politics and pandering. It's absolutely amazing, and you know that this team is authentic and that you are going to be able to do great work!

      Cons

      It's not for everyone in the sense that you have to be laser focused, and bring your best. This is a high performing, high expectation environment, and you have to walk the walk.

      Pros

      Fast growth. Extremely strong business fundamentals, which is rare in this economy. Playing offense when everyone else is playing defense. Fast execution. Because of the first point, we realize the window of opportunity we have. The velocity that things get shipped across every team (product, eng, sales, marketing) is incredible. Fast learning. As a result of the first two points, you will learn a lot in your time here. There's no way you can't. There's too many good things happening.

      Cons

      The speed is not for everyone. You can see it in the other reviews too - it's true. This is a startup that's growing fast and in order to keep it that way, you yourself have to keep up. Does it mean this place is only for chidlless 20 somethings? Nope - lots of people here have families. But they are killers at their job so they know how to prioritize and GSD. The expectation here in terms of output and quality is very high. If this description scares you off or turns you off instead of motivates you - frankly, this is not the place for you. I don't mean that as a "we're better than you" sort of way - just that you should know what you're signing up for. This place has a unique culture of fast, fast fast.
