      Pros

      -Building tech to support and empower small, family-run restaurants feels really good. -Fully remote -Culture is motivated, ambitious, playful. I look forward to work each day. I have fun here. -Business fundamentals are unbelievably strong. -There's a *massive* need to help restaurants right now in the post-pandemic world. Greedy third party delivery services are making it tough to stay afloat for small family-run restaurants, so we're working to give restaurants the tech they need to serve customers directly.

      Cons

      -I mean..it's a hyper-growth startup. There's full autonomy to manage your own hours, but it is expected to work hard and with passion.

      It's a startup, so things move fast! Great workplace environment and colleagues. Your ideas are always heard, no micromanagement, amazing mentorship, fully remote and the unlimited PTO is fantastic.
